Most people fail with their New Years Resolution by mid February. This episode will help you understand what it takes to stick to your goals. There is nothing magic about it. But we often go into to the new year overly motivated, assuming we will have all this time and motivation for this new goal, until reality hits. So start thinking about reality now and deliberately built your goal into your daily schedule. When its part of your day, just like any of the other things you routinely do and don’t think about, that its when it gets done.
