The downward spiral often starts when we allow ourselves to step over boundaries. What appears to be something minor and insignificant can eventually spiral into a serious dilemma that is difficult to get out of.
Whether its your diet that you break because its the holiday time, or any other form of over-indulging, the consequences may be tough to recover from.
So think long and hard, or better, stay on your course, when temptation calls. Know what you have be good with that.
