Yesterday’s episode may have left you discouraged and confused. While healthier food is definitely more accessible than it was 10 years ago, the task of selecting the right food has not become any easier. Food labels are still long, and just because its organic, doesn’t mean its healthy for you.
Educate yourself if you are serious about being healthy.
Experiment with your food and see how you feel. Something can be a superfood for many others, but your body may not be able to digest it well. Listen first, then design your diet.
And – keep it simple. Whole and natural foods will always be better for you than packaged and processed things that come in a wrapper.
