We often think of boundaries as constricting and limiting our freedom. But boundaries are actually the path to freedom because they keep us safe. A boundary is a self-honoring agreement with yourself that supports your well-being.
And we all need to practice more with our boundaries. In this episode, I will share 3 elements that are key to to a healthy boundaries.
