When it comes to conflict, most of us like to dodge it via two extremes. We either blame everyone else, or we take all the blame. Both ways don’t involve much interaction with the other person.
Conflict is meeting somewhere in the middle and showing our face, our fears and out interest to resolve it. Conflict furthers the relationships with others but only when we are willing to step up, speak up and take some ownership.
