We worry a lot. Whether we notice it or not, our mind is always churning on something – it ruminates, speculates, worries, and wanders in various ways. Major parts of our day go by judging events in our life, past or future, and as a result, we worry.
The Stoics faced similar challenges and documented their advise on this dilemma. They noticed the trickery that the mind plays on us when it worries and in this episode I will share their recommendations which always help me when I begin to worry.
