Lets dive into the topic of discipline. People often tell me that I am disciplined. I am not as disciplined as they think but I do use a few techniques to help me stay on track. Discipline can be learned and I have to work on it every day. I want to share a few of them with you. These are small daily mind shifts that are more effective than setting big, unfeasible goals.
