Lets get uncomfortable. In this episode I give you a few examples of ways to challenge the status quo and bring some discomfort into your life. This may be a little difficult but your brain will love it. New challenges create new connections in the brain, found to improve longevity and keep us mentally fresh. Some discomfort will also spark your creativity and may lead you down new avenues. Give some of these a chance and let me know what you discover.
