Changing habits is hard. I share my “snack journey” with you ti illustrate that habits are best changed in a small, incremental steps and in a consistent setting. Changing habits is more than just a quick, temporary adjustment. That is why so many people struggle with their new years resolutions. Habits are a life style change and can take time before they are really engrained. But we need to be in it for the long run, which requires patience and effort.
