Coaching Package – Coaching Agreement

Dear [Client],

I’m so excited to work with you! Coaching is a powerful process that will help you gain clarity, challenge limitations, and take meaningful action toward the life you want. Together, we’ll design a plan that supports your growth and transformation.

This Coaching Agreement outlines the foundation of our work together. Please review it carefully. 

1️⃣ Coaching Overview

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process designed to help you unlock your potential. It is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or financial consulting. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any medical or psychological condition.

You are responsible for making your own decisions, actions, and results. I am here to support you, challenge your thinking, and provide guidance, but your progress depends on your commitment and follow-through.

You agree not to hold me or any affiliated company liable for any outcomes resulting from our coaching relationship. If you have concerns, I encourage you to consult an attorney before proceeding.

2️⃣ Coach & Client Expectations

🔹 As your coach, I will:

  • Create a supportive and encouraging environment.
  • Provide honest feedback and insightful questions.
  • Hold space for your growth and accountability.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality (except as required by law).
  • Notify you at least 24 hours in advance if I need to reschedule. If I provide less notice, I’ll add an extra session at no charge.

🔹 As my client, you agree to:

  • Show up fully present and committed to your growth.
  • Be open to feedback and honest about what’s working.
  • Take responsibility for your progress, actions, and results.
  • Respect our time by providing 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule via email and text. Missed sessions without notice will be charged.
  • Take financial responsibility for your coaching sessions.

3️⃣ Fees & Payment

This agreement includes the following package:

  • EIGHT (8)  50-min coaching sessions for a price of $480.

Payment is due in full before the first session via STRIPE (or another agreed-upon method).

All sales are final. There are no refunds.

4️⃣ Coaching Structure & Availability

  • Your coaching package includes 8 virtual sessions (60 minutes each).
  • These sessions do not expire, but you are encouraged to use them within 3 months. 
  • You can book time with me using my Google calendar link 

To create momentum and sustainable results, I recommend meeting weekly or biweekly at a consistent time. I encourage clients to book all sessions upfront to ensure accountability and a dedicated time slot.

🔹 Method of Contact:
For urgent questions, or to reschedule your sessions – please email me. I will provide my contact information when the purchase has been completed.

Rescheduling & Cancellation
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

5️⃣ Confidentiality & Privacy

All coaching conversations are strictly confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law.

I will never share your personal information, coaching details, or testimonials without your written consent. You may request anonymity if I use a testimonial for promotional purposes.

6️⃣ Additional Legal Terms

🛑 Termination: Either party may end this agreement via email. All sales are final—there are no refunds.

⚖️ Limited Liability:
You acknowledge that your success is dependent on your own effort, commitment, and follow-through. I make no guarantees about specific outcomes. You agree that I am not liable for any decisions, actions, or results you take based on our coaching relationship. To the fullest extent permitted by law, my liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for coaching services.

📝 Entire Agreement: This document represents our full agreement. Changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

⚖️ Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises, we agree to attempt mediation for 30 days before legal action. If legal proceedings are necessary, the prevailing party may recover attorney fees.

🛠️ Severability: If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the rest remains valid.

📍 Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
