We often think we need engage our brain as much as possible in order to live a successful life. We write off our emotions, passions and our dreams as weaknesses of character. The result? We close in, we shut off, we turn away from the richness of life, reflecting visibly in our posture.
When we open our body to compassion and thoughtfulness, we discover that the world interacts with us continually and asks us to respond. Its that interchange that makes life full and rich.
