I noticed lately how quickly I attach to things, people and outcomes. It happens often quite unnoticeably. Someone or something is available, we enjoy it, and we attach. As soon as it goes away, there is a little sting, a sense of discomfort.
Why do we attach so easily? And how can we try to become less attached and still enjoy the things we love?
I took experimented with it a little and share my findings with you.
