Many of the steps you take are not noticeable . They are not huge wins and big milestones. But they add up to something big. It just takes time. Nobody will see them or count them for you. So you have to count your steps and celebrate your small wins.
At night – reflect on your day and the things that went well. In the morning motivate yourself by reviewing how far you have already come.
Don’t just look for the big results. Celebrate the small wins. And the failures. Thank them for having taught you something.
One day it will all add up into something big.
