In today’s episode I am suggesting a very simple tool that you can easily implement right away.
Walking. It is not only the easiest form of movement but it can also jump-start areas you are stuck at.
If you want to start exercising more – then start with walking.
If you need a break from too much going in your life – take a walk to clear your head.
If you cannot seem to find stillness in meditation – walking can be your meditation.
