Questions are a powerful tool to connect to another human being.
But many people are so self-absorbed – they only talk about themselves and then complain that they cannot seem to find a way to build that bridge with the other person.
We need to ask more questions. Questions demonstrate interest and help us become better at being caring and showing empathy. Questions open doors to new possibilities.
