Solitude. Not very much in fashion in an age where social media connectedness is considered an accomplishment.
However, especially because of it, disconnecting for small amounts of time, seeking aloneness and quiet in order to regain strength and get our best work done, is absolutely necessary.
Solitude – all the great writers of our time used it to, wrote about it, and recommended it. It can be a tool on our quest to learn being with ourselves, and not depending on the outside to define us.
