We make eating so complicated. Understandably, because the foods in our stores don’t make selecting the right food easy.
My approach to healthy eating is very simple – stick to natural and whole foods most of the time.
In this episode I will go over the 4 main meals in a day (yes – the snack is considered a meal 😉 and share what works for me with a few tips that may help you.
Remember – a healthy body is a more focused body and one that is better prepared to undertake the Quest for You successfully.
