Today I am sharing with you what happens when I meditate. Every day anew I learn to recognize and rest in the moment to moment flow. Behind the sounds, sensations, feelings and thoughts I begin to detect an alert inner stillness that is pure and aware.
Its often a challenge for me, but slowly it becomes more rewarding as I gain more awareness and presence in my body. I am learning to be at home in what I am and to inhabit that wholeness.
By bringing loving attention to our inner life and allowing life to be just as it is, we then can bring it to our world.
