We love choices. They give us the freedom and autonomy we so crave.

But are the many options we have these days really good for us?

Research confirms that people faced with to many choices struggle making a decision. So much valuable time is lost trying to decide between products and services that are often very similar. And in the end, after we finally pick, we are often not even satisfied with our choice.

I suggest you apply more scrutiny to the options that you allow to rob your time and set clear standards for what you want. This might prevent you from having to face difficult decisions in the first place.
