A beautiful poem by Dorothy Hunt inspired me to follow up on yesterday’s episode.
Its a gentle reminder that everything we really need is right here, in this very moment. Its not in the past we lament or the future we fear, but right hear – in the present.
While letting go of the past can be hard, turning to present is only a breath away.
