As social animals, we always compare ourselves with others. We do this instinctively to help maintain balance and structure within our interpersonal relationships. Based on our judgement on where we stand in terms of social value, we adopt certain thoughts and behaviors.

All behaviors are driven by three inherent needs that we will cover. The type of behaviors we adopt when we are with other people tend to be either high in value or low. In this episode we will focus on low value behaviors and what they are.
