I find myself using the word ownership more often these days so I decided to explore what it means to take ownership.

Ownership is quite remarkable. It means holding yourself accountable over waiting on others to do so. Ownership is making things happen. I think we all have areas in our life where we need to take a bit more ownership.

    Janine,
Your voice and the clarity in which you speak makes your subjects so easy to listent to and to learn from! The subject of “taking ownership” is an important and yet complicated one in my opinion, as we all are victims of not being able to take ownership of our life matters at times. Your ease of explaining how to be more accountable and how to take charge is a great way to remind ourselves everyday of how important it is to be in control of our own lives or what happens to us!
Working in healthcare and having the fortune of listening to people’s challenging stories have taught me so much about taking ownership of our consequences. Your episode really reminded me of its vital importance. Thank you for inspiring me and other with your great work! 🙂
