QFY 214: Whats right

Do you wake up in the morning and immediately think of whats wrong? Recollecting the unpleasant memories from the day before, and getting right back into worry mode?

I know I do it a lot. But in this episode I am proposing a new approach. What if we think of what is right in our life right instead of wrong?

Doesn’t this sound like  a much better start to a new day?
