QFY 247: Speak up

We need to learn how to speak up. In person, and with respect for the other. Writing long reviews online about subpar service is easy. But speaking face to face with those who provided the service is more effective. It helps them to correct the error on the spot (and most people want to do right) and it helps build a relationship with the person that might even be stronger after you resolve the issue than before.
