The story of Humans of New York is a great example of a project that started not because someone had a grand idea, a big budget and lots of investors. It started because someone had very little and just went out into the streets of New York and begun taking pictures.
We often wait for the perfect circumstances to arrive and in the end we never start, Don’t wait. Use what you have now and start something. It doesn’t have to be perfect now, but it will be later when you take action now.
