QFY 285: Lack of sleep

In this complex world, we are anxiously trying to fit more into our day. We can’t be blamed – life is full of adventures and we want to experience them as much as possible. But that often comes at the expense of a good nights rest. We extend our days longer over the years, something sleep research data has backs up.

But lack of sleep prevents us from fully enjoying all the things we set out to do and it stands in the way of showing up as our best self.
