Beartown is an amazing novel by Frederik Bachman, the same author who wrote A man called Ove.

The plot appears simple – a small town, a hockey team, and a crime. But Bachman turns it into so much more.

Above all – its a human story – of behaviors we all demonstrate under varying circumstances in life.

Knowing this, being confronted with it in this beautiful book, it makes me want to be a better a person.

And that makes this novel worth sharing.
