Nobody likes discomfort. Yet a little bit if it might actually be good for us. As our lives have become extremely reliant on technology and the comforts of our daily life. As a result, we take fewer chances and don’t force ourselves to think outside the box.
We are also less tolerant of situations that don’t go according to plan, simply because we are so used to everything working out.
Some “planned” discomfort here and there will help us be more resilient when we encounter it unexpectedly.
