Feeling like a victim of external circumstances happens to all of us. But when it turns into a consistent behavior of excuses or self-pity, then it will hold us back from achieving the life we are capable of living.

I cover 3 types of victim attitudes that we commonly tend to adopt and I offer an alternate approach that may not appear natural at first but that will help you get out of the fixed mindset of a victim.
