We are often judged for our insecurities and we judge others. And some of that is understandable. Insecure people don’t always show up as their best self. They have adopted all sorts of behaviors meant to hide and disguise the things they fear.
But since we all have insecurities, why can we not use this knowledge to be more compassionate with each other?
Insecurities are good – they can help us relate to one another. They show us the areas we still need to work on.
