We are all subscribed – to emails and notifications, services and alerts. Most of these started with a harmless purchase, maybe years ago, yet we are still subscribed. Our attention is demanded every day for goods and services we simply don’t need every day.
My recommendation – unsubscribe. Turn off the alerts. Clean your inbox and find more free time for yourself and the things that truly matter to you. Don’t let your mornings be controlled by others who only want to sell to you.
