How did you spend the first day of 2019? I refueled with joy. I spent time in nature – a place that recharges me and brings me joy.
Although it was not planned, I realized that we have to make time for the things we love. Even if it means forcing ourselves and letting other things fall behind for a little while. the steps we are able to take because we recharged are much bigger and more creative than we could have done without a break.
Take time – regularly – to get out and refuel your joy.
